Tech Club: ‘We’re Not Talking About Something As Straightforward As Money’

Nigel Painter, associate director at the business consultancy MEMEology and a member of the Tech Club, helps companies provide services to the UK government. He says the process is complicated for a reason  – after all, we’re talking about life and citizenship, and not “something as straightforward as money”.
