Win An Amazon Kindle Fire With TechWeekEurope UK

The Amazon Kindle Fire has enjoyed great success since it was launched in the US last month, and TechWeek Europe is offering our readers the chance to be one of the first proud owners of the device in the UK.

To be in with a chance of winning this prize, all you have to do is subscribe to TechWeek Europe UK’s daily newsletter or any one of our security, mobile or green round-ups.

In High Demand

The Kindle Fire boasts a multi-touch display with a 1024 x 600 resolution, 8GB of storage, a battery life of up to eight hours as well as a fast web browser and easy access to Amazon content such as audio, video and applications through the Amazon App Store.

Its popularity has led to suggestions that it could secure as much as 50 percent of the Android tablet market in 2012.

If you are already a subscriber, don’t worry. Existing subscribers will also be entered into the draw and a winner will be chosen randomly after the competition ends on 22 January. In the US, the Kindle Fire is currently on track to sell four million units before Christmas but, rest assured, we will deliver the tablet as soon as it is released in the UK.
