UserTesting Makes the Discovery of Critical Insights Faster and Easier with the Availability of Enhanced Metrics

Sponsored by Businesswire

the leading on-demand Human Insight Platform, today announced the
availability of Enhanced Metrics, visualizations of online behavioral
data that enables decision makers to instantly identify key moments of
insight and prioritize qualitative insights for further analysis.
Enhanced Metrics are now available to premium subscription customers at
no additional cost. UserTesting has also redesigned standard Metrics,
providing a more visually appealing view of insights that enable
customers to quickly surface patterns, identify outliers and pinpoint
areas that warrants immediate attention.

According to TechValidate, UserTesting customers revealed that human
insights helped businesses drive faster, more confident decision-making.
Seventy-nine percent of customers said that this was the top benefit
when feedback was built in to their processes. And seventy percent of
those surveyed said that UserTesting has helped them identify “quick
wins” that, once addressed, led to fast ROI.

With visualizations of click-paths, Enhanced Metrics enables customers
to better understand the actions of their users as they complete
critical tasks and to pinpoint moments of friction and moments of
delight. Enhanced Metrics help decision makers quickly learn when their
customers had difficulty navigating web properties or rated an
experience poorly, as well as discovering where testers experienced
“ah-ha” moments. UserTesting customers can also view videos of their
customers during those key moments in the buyers’ journey, giving them
much deeper and richer human insights than they would be able to get
with quantitative click-path data alone. This allows UserTesting
customers to clearly see and address problems, as well as recognize and
continue to build on positive experiences. Enhanced Metrics dramatically
improves the speed to gaining valuable insights.

UserTesting makes it possible for companies to see, hear, and talk to
their users as they experience their products and services. Customers
get videos of their users completing tasks and answering questions or
interacting in 1:1 conversations with Live
. With more than 3,000 customer videos completed
everyday and 80 percent of all videos completed in under two hours,
UserTesting is committed to ensuring that customers have fast access to
human insights that power the innovations and decisions they make

UserTesting’s standard Metrics, now available to all subscription
customers, has been redesigned and updated for ease of use. This
provides users with a more intuitive, high-level view of feedback and
insights to help determine which videos will provide a greater
understanding of the customer experience. Users can also export the
metrics into a spreadsheet to share throughout an organization.

“Enhanced Metrics provides our customers with the ability to quickly and
easily identify patterns that allow them to prioritize which insights
are most valuable and require immediate attention,” said Nate Wright, VP
of Product Marketing at UserTesting. “Enhanced Metrics allow our users
to act even faster on human insights and make the changes and
improvements that will ultimately provide their customers with a better
customer experience.”
