“I’m thrilled to place such a strong leader in this critical role,” said Ryan O’Hara, president and chief executive officer of Shutterfly, Inc. “As an instrumental partner in the transformational acquisition of Lifetouch and having led our integration efforts over the past year, Greg is deeply immersed in the Lifetouch business and culture, and will be poised for a seamless transition. Additionally, Greg is a unique combination of business builder and business leader, both of which are significant to the ongoing growth and success of Lifetouch, and make him the right executive to drive the business forward.”

Greg is an experienced leader across finance, ecommerce, and general management, particularly in areas of rapid growth. Prior to his most recent role leading corporate development and ongoing integration efforts at Shutterfly Inc., Greg spent three years as the GM of the TinyPrints brand, doubling the team, growing the overall business by 60%, and launching major partnerships. He also spent a year as the GM of Shutterfly Business Solutions, doubling annual revenue in 2015, and served as Shutterfly’s Chief of Staff. Greg has served as an advisor to growing companies including Clean Bottle and Bodkin wines, spent several years in various GM roles with Yahoo! and Yidio, and began his career in finance at Goldman Sachs.

Greg holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and currently sits on the board of directors for Family Connections, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational services to low-income families.

“For more than 80 years, Lifetouch has set the industry standard for school and family photography,” said Greg. “Now, as the business is poised for evolution as part of the Shutterfly Inc. portfolio, I’m honored to guide this dedicated team through the next phase of our integration journey, executing a solid peak season for Q3 and Q4, while also looking ahead to the long-term success of the business.”
