As VP of Talent Acquisition, Kamperin will oversee headcount at Scout to meet the company’s global hyper-growth numbers.

Kamperin is widely known for building high-performance talent acquisition teams and successfully opening offices around the world. Prior to joining Scout, Kamperin led talent acquisition at companies such as Recurly, Vungle, and Marin Software, where she assisted in building the company from startup to global expansion and through an IPO. In addition, Kamperin founded HireBoost, a boutique staffing firm focused on filling key positions.
