Market trends are fueling the growth and success of Productiv’s insights-focused SaaS management solutions, which enable businesses to discover and understand what SaaS applications they have, what it costs them and how they’re used. CIOs have been grappling with the rapid growth of SaaS, as hybrid work becomes the norm and teams use many applications to do their jobs and better collaborate and communicate. In a tight labor market, employees have become the center of the digital work experience and need the right software to be productive and unlock their full potential. CIOs have realized that knowledge is power, and Productiv’s SaaS Intelligence Platform provides the data they need to make sure their employees have the right tools and can do their job no matter where they sit.

“Productiv is a hypergrowth triple threat: an industry-leading product offering, a customer favorite with many advocates who love the solution and a robust partner ecosystem of the best SaaS solutions in the market,” said Rashmi Vittal, CMO of Productiv. “Companies are often flying blind when it comes to understanding their SaaS portfolios, but Productiv’s SaaS Intelligence provides the secret sauce for CIOs to understand and optimize workflows, apps and processes.”

“We’re excited to welcome Rashmi Vittal to our leadership team,” said Jody Shapiro, CEO and co-founder of Productiv. “Rashmi’s strong background in AI, data and analytics, customer identity and access management complements our focus on SaaS Intelligence and SaaS Management. We’ve experienced phenomenal success in 2021 and believe Rashmi’s battle-tested experience building category-leading companies will help us continue our hypergrowth as we enter a new year.”

Rashmi Vittal is a proven high tech marketing leader. Previously, she was CMO at Conversica, the leading provider of conversational AI solutions, where she helped create the category of Intelligent Virtual Assistants, elevating Conversational AI beyond simple website chat bots for lead capture to Conversational AI Assistants that serve as digital team members. Before Conversica, Rashmi served as VP of Marketing at SAP Customer Data Cloud after the successful acquisition of Gigya. Before Gigya was acquired by SAP, she helped the company become the leader in Customer Identity and Access Management.
