In the 2018 provider survey report, more than three-quarters of
healthcare providers (80.3 percent) said maintaining a strong online
reputation is extremely or very important. However, the majority

patient survey conducted by PatientPop revealed that patient reviews
are the most critical resource when choosing a healthcare provider, with
