Dan Cleveland was hired as Vice President of Analytics. He will oversee the continuation of quantifying television’s global business effects for clients. This will encompass enhancing our Brand Strategy capability and understanding the macro effects of TV, including areas of media mix, brand activation, and measurement of long-term sales drivers. Dan brings with him 20 years of experience constructing capabilities that deliver lasting strategic thinking within agencies. Dan previously led Customer Loyalty Analytics at Denali Marketing and built the Brand Anthropology & Analytics capability while at Olson.

Sandy Mendivil was hired as Director of Corporate Operations. She will lead a team to optimize the performance of the agency’s four platforms, Media, Creative, Conversion and Analytics. Continued investment in the company’s technology stack requires more sophisticated design and orchestration, the primary area of focus for Sandy. Prior to joining Marketing Architects, Sandy drove Process & Program Management and Process Improvement functions at UnitedHealth Group.

Joseph Lindahl was hired as a Data Architect for the Technology team. In this role, Joseph will assist in continuing to build the agency’s proprietary AI media buying platform, Annika®, to continue delivering an unmatched media advantage for clients. Joseph previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Dell Technologies Inc.
