LendingHome – the fix-and-flip industry’s No. 1 lender – today proudly announced two awards that reflect the company’s continued strategic focus on creating an outstanding culture for employees and an innovative digital solution for home buyers. LendingHome is proud to have been named:

“2019 Best Places to Work” by the Pittsburgh Business Times

The “Best Places to Work” award program is an annual endeavor by the Pittsburgh Business Times, a weekly news publication serving the Pittsburgh area. From the publication: “The results of Best Places to Work are based on an online survey of employees. Companies are surveyed on a variety of factors ranging from employee job satisfaction to salary satisfaction to perspectives on management.”

Patrick McLuckie, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at LendingHome: “LendingHome opened our Pittsburgh office in the fall of 2017. In just two short years, we have a 20,000 square foot office, almost 150 employees here, and some of the best teammates and smartest mortgage and engineering professionals we could ever have hoped to find. LendingHome’s ongoing success wouldn’t be possible without the incredible team and talent here in Pittsburgh.”

“Best Digital Mortgage Platform” by Finovate Awards

LendingHome was named the “Best Digital Mortgage Platform” – for offering a “quality product and an exceptional digital experience” – by Finovate, a global conference series focused on financial services technology.

The inaugural award program was designed to celebrate “the fintech industry’s best and brightest.” From Finovate: “The Finovate Awards recognized leading companies and individuals in the financial technology space across 19 different categories. More than 200 nominations were submitted, and winning companies were chosen by a panel of expert judges from across the fintech spectrum, including influencers, bankers, PR leaders, and members of the press.”

Jason Fischl, Senior Vice President of Engineering at LendingHome: “We are so pleased to have our hard work recognized by Finovate. In 2013, when Lendinghome’s co-founders started the company, they knew the importance of building a technology platform – from scratch – in order to lay the foundation for a successful company. Every day, we build upon that foundation as we solve the ultimate engineering quandary: How do we make the customer experience faster and more transparent using big data and predictive analytics? It is a great challenge to have.”

Armed with this latest award for tech innovation, LendingHome is looking for technology talent – including engineers, data scientists, and product designers – to join the teams in Pittsburgh and San Francisco. In all, there are more than 50 open positions at LendingHome in engineering, sales, and mortgage operations, ranging from entry level to senior leadership roles.
