Before joining LandscapeHub, Chapman was the COO and Treasurer at MATTER, the Chicago-based healthcare start-up incubator, where he was responsible for all non-sales activities, including finance, human resources, marketing, technology, operations, and programs. Chapman also led the recent effort at MATTER to open a second location in New York City, announced on September 26.
Prior to MATTER, Josh was the CEO of GiveForward, the first personal crowdfunding site in the United States that was acquired by YouCaring in 2017. Chapman was on the senior management team at Cars.com during their $3 billion acquisition by Gannett. As a division vice president at Conduent, he launched and built a 50-person project into a $65 million business with over 2,200 employees.

He also serves on the Board of LaRabida Children’s Hospital, as an advisor to multiple start-ups and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
