Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, today announced that Life Insurance Direct Marketing (LIDMA), the premier association for direct marketing of life insurance, has named Insurance Technologies a recipient of two LIDMA Seals of Approval for e-Signature and straight-through processing for the FireLight® sales platform.

Since 2010, the Seal of Approval has been awarded to companies who are better serving their customers while advancing eProcesses and sales experiences for the life insurance industry. Seal of Approval recipients demonstrate consistent and efficient approaches to enhancing the customers’ buying experience and getting more life insurance protection in the hands of families and businesses, while lowering policy processing time and cost associated with the writing of new life insurance policies.

“At Insurance Technologies, it’s our mission to support and strengthen the industry and provide our clients solutions that assist them while enhancing the overall insurance sales process. Both our FireLight e-Signature and straight-through processing (STP) sales capabilities have automated and digitized the previous paper-based process, ultimately achieving a way to make processes easier and efficient while fostering seamless workflows. We are honored to receive these Seals of Approval as they are a testament of our commitment to the insurance industry and our objective of achieving a true sales lifecycle STP,” said Katherine Dease, vice president, product development, Insurance Technologies.

Applicants were evaluated based on their implementation of process improvement technologies and procedures exemplifying the LIDMA “eProcess.”
