Bradley Wells and Brian Giannettino, two U.S. military veterans and GTS analysts, have officially gotten their DMM licenses and have executed their first trades.

Wells and Giannettino were hired in May as part of GTS’s Veterans Program, which seeks to provide career opportunities in the capital markets for our nation’s veterans.

“I’d like to congratulate Bradley Wells and Brian Giannettino on their completion of the GTS Veterans Program. It’s an honor to have these outstanding gentlemen, who bravely served our country as members of the armed forces, wearing GTS jackets on the floor of the NYSE,” Ari Rubenstein, CEO of GTS, said. “I wish them the best of luck as they continue their careers as DMMs and am proud to officially welcome them to the team.”

Mischler Financial Group, Inc. (“Mischler”), the financial services industry’s oldest minority broker-dealer owned and operated by service-disabled veterans, which announced its partnership with GTS in November 2018, also hired one summer analyst as part of the Veterans Program.

Earlier this year, GTS and Mischler hosted the first-ever Veterans in the Workplace luncheon at the NYSE to kick off the 31st annual Fleet Week in New York. The luncheon gathered four veteran keynote speakers, as well as 40 C-level executives and employees from publicly-listed companies to celebrate U.S. veterans that have rejoined the workforce.

Founded in 2006 as a proprietary, quantitative trading firm, GTS is now a recognized leader in market structure and proudly oversees trading for more than one-third of NYSE-listed companies. The firm has an extensive track record developing and deploying proprietary, industry-best technology to bring better price discovery, trade execution and transparency to the markets.
