EPSG Expands Capabilities of The Mobile Office Application

EPSG, a leading integrator of payment technology solutions, announced today expansion of the Company’s Mobile Office Application (MOA), adding merchant contact management and file upload features.

The MOA platform was launched on December 1, 2021, and is fully integrated into the EPSG tech stack. The merchant contact management (MCM) feature provides EPSG partners with full access to the contacts within their active merchant portfolio, giving them the ability to initiate a call, text, or e-mail, directly from the MOA. Any updates made by EPSG NOC operators, to these records, are reflected in real-time in the MCM. Additionally, the MCM is fully interoperable with a user’s native GPS application, and it allows for merchant portal activation with a click of a button.

The file upload feature gives EPSG partners the ability to add important documentation to new cases created from the MOA, further improving case resolution efficiency.
