Randy Wick comes to Element with over 25 years in the consumer electronics industry. Before joining Element, he was the senior vice president of global retail & Dell Outlet at Dell Technologies, Inc. He also held positions as vice president of global strategy and planning for consumer and small business, and North America senior vice president & GM NA consumer and small business for Dell Technologies. Wick joined Dell Technologies in 2015 and was responsible for leading the expansion of the consumer and small business channels into the UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France and Sweden, and led the gaming and small business acceleration strategic initiatives along with the North America consumer and small business organization.
Prior to joining Dell, Wick spent over 20 years in executive Leadership positions in merchandising, strategy, operations and sales across key retailers in North America, including Best Buy, Circuit City and Office Depot/Max.
