Dudek, a leading US planning, environmental, and engineering consulting firm, today announced the promotion of Danielle Voss to Vice President of Human Resources, effective January 1, 2024. Mrs. Voss has been with the firm for more than 8 years and brings nearly two decades of expertise in Human Resources to her new leadership role.

Under her leadership, the firm received multiple Top Workplace and Culture Excellence awards, and her team was a finalist for the San Diego Human Resources Forum Human Resources Team of the Year.
In her elevated role as Vice President of Human Resources, Mrs. Voss is well-positioned to leverage her extensive experience and the resources she has cultivated. This strategic advantage will enable her to further develop and execute a visionary approach to HR at Dudek.
