Deckard will showcase two software platforms at the tradeshows. Propertyscape identifies property upgrades made without plans or permits on residential properties being used commercially.
Rentalscape, introduced in 2019, is already used by governments in California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, New York, Colorado, among others.
