CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketers at retail and direct-to-consumer brands, today announced the final agenda of its in-person conference scheduled for June 21-22, 2022, at the New York Hilton Midtown. The event will feature a dynamic community of trailblazers and change-makers, including 1200+ attendees and over 100 confirmed speakers from leading retailers, DTC brands and innovative technology companies, including American Eagle, Old Navy, Gopuff, Olaplex, Tapestry, Neiman Marcus and many more. This year’s conference will spotlight the future of digital commerce and discuss the latest strategies for ecommerce acceleration across more than 50 sessions, including 11 keynotes, four power panels, 32 breakout sessions on marketing tactics and one award show honoring industry leaders.

“Explosive growth and the rapid adoption of digital strategies continues to define ecommerce,” said Veronika Sonsev, Co-Founder of CommerceNext. “We are thrilled to be able to return in person for this year’s conference at the end of June to talk about these defining moments in our industry and understand the strategies that will help retailers seize the next wave of growth.”

Investment in digital has come to the forefront lately as the retail industry figures out which strategies are worth implementing to keep up with steep e-commerce demand. According to CommerceNext’s fourth annual benchmarking report, The Ascension to Digital Maturity, brands are mainly concerned with how to properly leverage first-party data, and they’re turning to long-term growth strategies like enhancing loyalty programs and expanding community engagement tactics.

“As retailers try to establish which digital tactics are best suited for their needs, specifically with regards to retention and acquisition, it will be invaluable to hear from executives who’ve successfully tapped into customer data and optimized key marketing strategies,” said Scott Silverman, Co-Founder of CommerceNext.
