Avionté, a leader in enterprise staffing, recruiting, and talent enablement software, announced today that the company has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. This is the fourth time Avionté has received this distinction.

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The results are based on an anonymous survey sent to employees that asks questions related to work environment, benefits, well-being, and more. More than 5,000 companies were invited to participate and must have at least 50 employees to qualify.

“We are a tech company that, first and foremost, cares about its people,” said Matt Movern, Vice President of Human Resources, Avionté. “The satisfaction and well-being of our employees has been central to this company since the very beginning. It’s not only apparent in the benefits and rewards we offer but also in how we empower employees to grow and advance within the organization and challenge them to rise to their potential.”

Avionté’s workforce has grown 80% over the last three years from 160 employees to nearly 300 today. The company expects to grow another 10% by the end of 2023. In addition, Avionté’s retention rate is projected to be 95% based on 2023 data.

“We offer many perks and benefits to employees which contribute to our high retention rate,” added Movern. “From flexible work options and catered lunches to an on-site gym and professional development reimbursement, whether people work from home or in the office, we have options. We also give employees three days to use for volunteering and provide group volunteering opportunities as well.”

Avionté has also been recognized on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies for 10 consecutive years.

“The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies,” added Steve Grove, Star Tribune CEO and Publisher.
