AutoService AI, a quickly-emerging AI provider for retail automotive dealerships nationwide, announced that it has added French and Spanish language to its digital voice assistant technology. The conversational AI-enabled voice assistant can handle all inbound calls for Sales and Service in the caller’s preferred language.

“We are committed to deliver any customization feature within a week, and quickly build any features that our dealers’ request,” stated Ben Ayed, Founder and CEO of AutoService AI. “When we received requests for French, and later for Spanish, we immediately rolled up our sleeves and went to work. It was not easy, but it made us a lot stronger as a technology provider.”

As with the already existing technology from AutoService AI, callers are directed to the desired department or employee and can book appointments. In addition, they can now have all of their questions answered in their native language. AutoService AI’s digital voice assistant, Allio, already enables dealers to provide customer support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Now, that same level of customer support is provided in French and Spanish, in addition to English to better serve a dealership’s entire customer base.

“Allio, from AutoService AI, has been a valuable asset to our team, showcasing a diverse skill set,” noted John Piparo, Assistant Fixed Operations Director at Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. “The ability to efficiently schedule service appointments 24/7 is remarkable, not to mention being able to converse fluently with Spanish-speaking customers over the phone in their native language. It’s a game-changer for our customer service experience.”
