Based in Seattle, Tracie is a people-focused technology leader who loves establishing and scaling teams. She is passionate about creating and nurturing an environment that brings out the best in each person and the team. A common theme throughout her career has been working with startups focused on bringing transparency to products and services that have a one-sided information mismatch. Before Flyhomes, Tracie was VP of Engineering at Porch and Director of Engineering at Blue Nile.
