Our latest poll reveals that 37.1 percent of you want a shiny new Samsung

Just over one third of TechWeekEurope readers are keen to get their paws on a Samsung Galaxy S4, although most want smartphones from other manufacturers, according to our latest poll.

Samsung revealed its new flagship smartphone last month, which is due to be released on 26 April, boasting a larger 5-inch Super AMOLED display, 1.9 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and a 13 megapixel camera.

That feature set was enough to convince 37.1 percent of respondents, but 62.9 percent said they wanted something different.

Poll Samsung Galaxy S4Of those, 23.7 percent said they would prefer a different Android handset, including 8.8 percent who said they were happy with their Samsung Galaxy S III or S II and 3.9 percent who were still waiting for a LG Nexus 4.
