Comtact wins place on Jisc education security framework
Jisc, which manages the Janet high speed education and research network, has named Comtact on the framework for cyber security web filtering and monotirong. The network covers all higher education institutions and specialist coilleges within the UK and the framework deal will last for two years, potentially serving millions of users.
Apogee wins place on national education print framework
Apogee has been awarded supplier status to the National Education Printer Agreement (NEPA) government framework. The deal is for the provision of print equipment and managed print services, initially for two years but with two potential extensions taking the agreement up to 2020. Apogee will provide solutions under several lots including Managed Print Services, Professional Print, One Stop Shop and Non-Managed Hardware.
