Forget the spreadsheets

GoHiring was founded in 2013, to satisfy the demand for simple, well-designed recruitment software. “For sales support, there are beautiful CRM systems, for finance – great controlling and accounting tools … and for recruiting? Applications are stored between e-mail mailboxes, print-outs and Excel spreadsheets,” says the company’s website.

To certain extent, GoHiring crowdsources ideas to improve its free service, and customer feedback is actively encouraged.
