Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), an innovator at the edge of the enterprise with solutions and partners that enable businesses to gain a performance edge, today announced that the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) will now be conducted solely by remote communication, in a virtual only format. This decision was made in light of the Illinois’ Governor’s decision to extend the Illinois shelter-in-place regulation through May 30 and to support the health and wellbeing of the Company’s stockholders, employees and directors. Stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on May 14, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 20, 2020 can attend the virtual Annual Meeting at https://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ZBRA2020 by entering the 16-digit control number found on their proxy card, voting instruction form or notice previously received. Once admitted, stockholders may submit questions and/or vote during the Annual Meeting by following the instructions that will be available on the Annual Meeting website.
We encourage stockholders to vote and submit their proxies in advance of the Annual Meeting via one of the methods described in the proxy materials.
