Xilinx, Inc. Announces Pricing of $750 Million of Senior Notes

Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) today announced that it has priced its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.375% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “Notes”) at a price to the public of 99.973% of their face value. The company anticipates that the offering will close on or around May 19, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the refinancing or repayment of debt (including its 3.000% senior notes due 2021).

The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and only by means of a prospectus supplement and accompanying base prospectus.
