Turbonomic
has been recognized as one of Inc. magazine’s Best
Workplaces for 2019
, an annual ranking of private American companies
that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep
employee engagement, and stellar benefits. This is Turbonomic’s second
consecutive year being recognized as one of Inc.’s Best
Workplaces.

“Since our founding, Turbonomic has prioritized employee engagement and
satisfaction. Being recognized as an Inc. Best Workplaces, for
two years running, is testament to the environment we’ve worked so hard
to maintain through a period of rapid growth,” said Kara Gilbert, Chief
People Person at Turbonomic. “We recognize that employees do their best
work when they are living their best lives – and our collaborative and
high-performance culture makes this possible. Thank you to our team for
their outstanding drive, commitment, passion, and enthusiasm.”

The Inc. Best Workplaces list is created, in partnership with
work culture experts at Quantum Workplace, to recognize companies that
exhibit the traits Inc. deems most critical to success –
including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the
future.

“With today’s tight labor market, building a great corporate culture is
more important than ever,” says Inc. magazine editor in chief
James Ledbetter. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list
are setting an example that the whole country can learn from.”

Companies are assessed on the basis of benefits offered and employee
responses to a unique, 30-question survey. In compiling the list,
distinct themes emerged across the entries. Research found that the
strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most
human elements of work and are leading the way in terms of employee
recognition, performance management, and diversity – a different
playbook from a decade ago.

Over 2,000 enterprise customers, including more than 20 percent of the
Fortune 500, are Turbonomic customers. The company has over 500
employees operating across eight offices worldwide, celebrated a
record-breaking Fiscal Year 2019 (ending January 31, 2019), and has also
been recognized on the Forbes
Cloud 100
, the Inc.
5000
, and Deloitte
Fast 500
. To join the growing Turbonomic team, visit www.turbonomic.com/company/careers
