This talk will highlight the benefits of conversational self-service for
several government agencies, as well as the positive effect that

present Customer Engagement Insights: Transitioning from
Reporting to Action” at 11:25 a.m. MT. McConney leads an advanced
analytics team focused on helping Verizon’s contact centers take their
customer experience to new heights. In this session, attendees will
learn how Verizon uses speech analytics to shine a bright light on
insights that used to be hidden deep in data silos. This has resulted in
the business better determining its call drivers and understanding
customer behaviors. Attendees will also learn how Verizon is
transitioning beyond reporting into insights and action.
