Upper Hand, Inc., the leader in sports and fitness business software, announced today that Todd Linden has joined its board of directors after his recent appointment to Managing Director of Park Ten Capital.
One of the industry’s most influential and experienced figures in the acquiring business and a leader in payments technology, Linden formerly served as the CEO of Paysafe Payment Processing for North America. Prior to that, he served as the President and CEO of Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions where he led the acquisition to Paysafe in 2017 for $470 million. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Operations at National Processing Company, President and COO of Card Commerce International, and spent 11 years with Bank of America Merchant Services where he held several key management positions.

In the last year alone, Upper Hand’s annual recurring revenue increased 189 percent YoY with more than $1M in ARR added in the last 6 months, and payments made through the platform have increased 733 percent. In joining Upper Hand’s board, Linden will provide expertise for continued market expansion, strategic partnerships and capital expansion.
