Mr. Adams brings subject matter expertise in leveraging Corporate Real Estate and Technology data to optimize operations, while Mr. Irgang provides a seasoned perspective on implementing pricing excellence strategies.

Gregory Adams, most recently EVP & Chief Operating Officer, Enterprise Information Technology, at JLL, will advise Northridge clients on target markets and sales enablement to help them maximize their operational analytics capabilities and realize the full benefit of their CIO/CTO functions. Mr. Adams brings experience in leadership of technology and operations groups for professional services, real estate, financial services, and multi-national companies, as well as mergers and acquisitions. “As business leaders reassess their plans for People, Corporate Real Estate, and Technology, data will be foundational to making informed decisions,” Mr. Adams said. “I look forward to helping The Northridge Group’s clients navigate the use of Operational Analytics to turn data into knowledge.”
Howard Irgang, most recently Vice President, Quote to Order Operations, at Avaya, will advise Northridge clients on revenue-generating pricing strategies. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Irgang was Vice President of Strategic Pricing for AT&T, overseeing all aspects of pricing for AT&T Business Services – from list prices to multi-year custom bids, totaling billions of dollars. Mr. Irgang has decades of experience in pricing and financial leadership including roles with Sprint, MCI and SAP; he specializes in designing, implementing, and managing global pricing organizations. “Effectively implementing the right pricing strategies can help businesses define their overall future profitability,” said Mr. Irgang. “I’m thrilled to be partnering with The Northridge Group to help create quantifiable outcomes for their clients.”
