Slync.io, the first purpose-built global logistics orchestration platform, today announced the appointment of Amy Gearing, an industry leader with a proven track record of driving transformative SaaS revenue growth, as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately.
The appointment follows Slync.io’s successful series A funding round as it gears up for aggressive growth and geographic expansion.
In this role as CRO, Gearing will drive Slync.io’s global go-to-market strategy and execution, guide worldwide sales, professional services, and other go-to-market operations to meet and exceed revenue growth objectives.
Gearing brings to the team more than 20 years of experience driving global revenue in sales, customer success, and consulting at leading SaaS software companies such as One Door, Oracle and Retek, where she played strategic roles driving these companies through major transitions including IPOs, acquisitions and rapid growth.
Gearing joins Slync.io from her prior role at One Door, a cloud-based merchandising execution software, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales successfully building a world-class sales organization, accelerating revenue growth.
Before One Door, Gearing spent a decade scaling new territories and markets for Oracle’s Retail Global Business Unit where she served as Sales Vice President. At Oracle her career progression included executive leadership in sales, customer success, consulting, and research and development. In addition, her technology foundation in data analytics, supply chain, and Artificial Intelligence are synergistic with Slync.io’s product roadmap.
