As companies reevaluate the model of how their teams work, Sensei Labs today announced a free version of its award-winning Conductor work orchestration platform to help businesses respond to the new normal and recover faster. According to a recent Gallup survey, three in five U.S. workers who have been doing their jobs from home during the coronavirus pandemic would prefer to continue to work remotely as much as possible, once public health restrictions are lifted. This push toward a more virtual working model is expected to lead to an increased need for richer virtual collaboration tools like Conductor.

Conductor for COVID-19 has been designed to serve as a one-stop project/portfolio management, collaborative work, data tracking, and knowledge management hub. It enables teams to safely and successfully collaborate in real-time, regardless of whether they’re working across different geographies and time zones, and whether they are working-from-home, in the office, or across a blend of the two. Sensei Labs has made Conductor for COVID-19 free for any organizations who want to use it to manage their response and recovery efforts through at least September 2020.

“We’re heading into a new normal, one in which many people will choose to work from home instead from the office,” said Jay Goldman, co-founder and CEO of Sensei Labs. “Now, companies can get a complimentary, adapted version of our Conductor work orchestration platform to help accelerate their recovery and to transform their business to meet our new collective reality.”

The platform also includes content, courtesy of Sensei Labs’ network of partners including Kearney, Mercer, Argyle, and Klick Health, with expert advice on operations, people management, technology, and communications to provide a one-stop-shop for COVID-19 teams.

Jonathan Anscombe, Partner and Next Lead at Kearney, said, “There are certain things about Conductor that really help people at this moment in time: the speed of implementation; the ability to simplify everything down; and make it really easy to implement. We’re really happy to do whatever we can to contribute to other people having access to the same capabilities.”

Eric Hachmer, Partner, Growth Leader at Mercer, added, “We have a shared philosophy about helping organizations in this time do the best work they can and enable their employees. I saw Conductor and the environment Sensei Labs is trying to build is a great way for Mercer to contribute to that.”

With Conductor for COVID-19, meetings and status updates can be reduced and often eliminated, due to the amount of visibility, transparency, and accountability that the platform provides team members about projects. Live dashboards can track everything from project progress to team member availability and can be customized by team member. Conductor is used by Fortune 500 companies on their large-scale project management and digital transformations. Many of Sensei Labs’ existing customers have been using Conductor to accelerate their COVID-19 response and recovery.
