“The expansion of our executive team is timely given the traction we are
gaining with our human augmentation robotic systems across both public
and private sectors,” said Ben Wolff, chairman and CEO of Sarcos
Robotics. “Bill and Tom’s expertise in key market segments will ensure
we are best positioned to meet the needs of both our industrial and
government customers, both in the U.S. and abroad.”

Keever is an accomplished business leader with deep technology
experience in industrial automation sales. Prior to Sarcos, he led
large-scale and highly complex global sales teams. With more than 30
years of international experience, Keever has managed teams in EMEA,
Asia, and Latin America. During his time at ABB, Keever led the teams
that grew their Asia, Latin American, and North American businesses into
one of ABB’s most profitable segments.

Jackson is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and 20-year
defense, aerospace, and energy industry veteran. Prior to joining
Sarcos, Jackson served as Vice President and General Manager of Aeryon
Defense USA, Inc., a U.S. defense Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)
subsidiary that he and his team built from the ground up in the Unmanned
Aircraft System (UAS) market. Aeryon was recently acquired by FLIR
Systems. Prior to joining Aeryon, Jackson worked for GE and Sierra
Nevada Corporation.

The executive leadership appointments follow growing traction across the
industrial, public safety, and military sectors. Sarcos recently
announced new contracts with U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Special
Operations Command.
