Five Greenville businesses are partnering to present a one-day business and technology conference on November 7th at the Embassy Suites Verdae by Hilton Golf Resort and Conference Center. The conference is being organized by local partners from Palmetto Technology Group, Advisors Insurance Agency, OnPoint CFO, Propel HR, and Sandler Sales Training. Corporate sponsors for the event include Arctic Wolf, Dell, and Microsoft.

A Conference Aimed at Advising The C-Suite

TechLink is specifically designed to be a forum and workshop that gives business owners and other business executives actionable advice on areas that often hold companies and organizations back. The event will run from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at the Embassy Suites Verdae at 670 Verdae Blvd in Greenville and will also include prizes, a buffet lunch, and sponsored cocktail reception. Experienced Keynotes and Focused Breakouts

The conference will include two keynote speakers: Brent Combest, General Manager, One Commercial Partner at Microsoft who is a master at helping businesses grow through the use of technology; and Tom Utley, Senior Presales Systems Engineer at Arctic Wolf, a key player in the growing managed detection and response cybersecurity market. Breakout sessions will include “Business Development Blind Spots” presented by Bill McCrary of Sandler Sales Training and “Exploding the At-Will Employer Myth” presented by Rebecca Turcotte Kish of Propel HR. Other breakouts will be led by representatives from OnPoint CFO and Advisors Insurance Agency. There will also be a “Business Leaders” Q & A panel discussion to address any attendee needs that aren’t covered during the other sessions.

TechLink’s Goal

TechLink will be capped at the first 200 registrations in order to give every attendee the maximum opportunity to benefit from the learning sessions, consultation schedule, panel discussion, Dell device demos, and networking space.

TechLink is the creation of Reed Wilson, CEO of Palmetto Technology Group. “I started PTG 12 years ago to translate and align technology into business value for our customers, and now with the TechLink Conference we are expanding on that mission to provide proven business practices to business leaders who have made the Greenville-metro their company headquarters.”
