Pavilion Data Systems announced today a new agreement with Business
Systems International (BSI) to distribute its NVMe-oF storage platforms
to the European market, with a focus on financial organizations. The
company’s European efforts will be led by Antonius Welling, Pavilion
Data regional vice president and general manager of EMEA.

Pavilion is also announcing that CEO Gurpreet Singh will be a panel
speaker at the STAC
Summit London
on May 15, 2019. STAC Summits bring together industry
leaders in ML/DL engineering, data engineering, system architecture,
application development, infrastructure engineering, and operational
intelligence to discuss important technical challenges in the finance
industry.

“Once in a while, we see a new storage array manufacturer enter the
market with a radically new approach. This year, we were so impressed by
Pavilion Data that we decided to take on the role of European
distribution,” said Daniel Goodman, managing director of BSI. “The
incredible performance, density and low latencies of the Pavilion
solution will solve many of our customers’ challenges and we are looking
forward to meeting the strict and complex requirements of financial
organizations while enabling them to scale as their business grows.”

“We are pleased to tap into the extensive customer base that BSI has all
over Europe, because we believe that NVMe-oF adoption is the answer for
many of the problems that financial organizations have today,” said
Antonius Welling. “Under the guidance of the BSI team, we will be able
to show the immediate benefits that our storage solution brings to their
customers’ environments.”
