(PSC), the IAAI contract seeks to drive innovation into HHS programs
using pilots, tests, and eventually implementations of emerging
technology solutions across shared services functions. Additionally, HHS

sustaining technology solutions that are currently difficult to procure.
“We are ecstatic to be able to bring technologies like; Blockchain,
Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing to HHS,” said
Sujey Edward, Octo’s Chief Technology Officer. “This is an opportunity
for us to deepen our partnership with HHS by bringing cutting-edge

“We have implemented these technologies on a number of our programs,
including engagements at HHS.” Said Cesar Tavares Senior Director of
Innovation and Technology. “Through this vehicle, we can use emerging
technologies to enhance innovation at HHS and help the Department cut
costs and improve efficiency.”
