NIC Inc. Names Brian Anderson as Chief Technology Officer

NIC Inc. (Nasdaq: EGOV), the nation’s largest provider of digital
government solutions, has hired Brian Anderson as the Company’s Chief
Technology Officer. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer and
serve as a member of NIC’s Senior Leadership team.

Mr. Anderson has spent his career as an executive-level technology
strategist, as well as the founder of a technology start-up. He
successfully led a suite of enterprise software, has considerable merger
and acquisition experience, and holds multiple patents.

software business focused on managing and optimizing organizations’
Software as a Service (SaaS) expenditures.
