NIC Inc. Names Brian Anderson as Chief Technology Officer

NIC Inc. (Nasdaq: EGOV), the nation’s largest provider of digital
government solutions, has hired Brian Anderson as the Company’s Chief
Technology Officer. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer and
serve as a member of NIC’s Senior Leadership team.

Mr. Anderson has spent his career as an executive-level technology
strategist, as well as the founder of a technology start-up. He
successfully led a suite of enterprise software, has considerable merger
and acquisition experience, and holds multiple patents.

Prior to joining NIC, Mr. Anderson served as the Chief Technology
Officer of Lexmark, developing and implementing the organization’s

Development initiatives. He is also a co-founder of Applogie, LLC, a
software business focused on managing and optimizing organizations’
Software as a Service (SaaS) expenditures.
