McAfee, the device-to-cloud cybersecurity company, today announced that Kathy Willard, CFO of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., has joined its Board of Directors. Willard brings extensive experience managing the finances for the world’s largest live entertainment and ticketing company and is expected to lend her expertise to McAfee’s Audit Committee.

A long-time leader at Live Nation Entertainment, Willard was appointed CFO in September 2007 after nine years with the company across roles that included executive vice president and chief accounting officer. Willard began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in 1988 and is a certified public accountant.

As the third independent Board member appointed, Willard joins fellow independent McAfee Board members Sohaib Abbasi, former chairman and CEO of Informatica Corporation, and Mary Cranston, retired senior partner of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and board member of Visa Inc. Chris Young and representatives of McAfee owners TPG and Intel also currently serve on the McAfee Board.
