With decades of healthcare and product strategy experience, Dave Beaulieu was appointed Executive Vice President Global Healthcare Division and Jason Macedonia was named Vice President, Healthcare & Patient Experience (PX) to lead MaritzCX’s PX focus.

During his career, Beaulieu held General Management positions at several large companies including GE Healthcare and Danaher. He also specialized in spearheading Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Surveys, Patient Experience Surveys, Employee Engagement Surveys and Physician Surveys at several healthcare companies serving more than 500 hospitals and 13,000 clinicians nationwide.
Prior to joining MaritzCX, Macedonia served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development at Avatar Solutions, an innovator in the patient experience space. In this role, he led design behind client/partner experience programs and CAHPS compliance. He is a contributing member to the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Body of Knowledge and has presented at national conferences on innovations in patient experience measurement. Macedonia was also instrumental in leading CMS-certification of the MaritzCX Patient Experience Platform.
