Marchex Announces New Director and Board Changes

(NASDAQ: MCHX), a leading provider of call analytics that
drive, measure, and convert callers into customers, announced the
appointment of Donald Cogsville to its Board of Directors. In addition,
Anne Devereux-Mills, who has served as Chairman of the Board of
Directors since October 2016 and as a Director since 2006, has elected
to retire from the Board. The Board of Directors has appointed Russell
Horowitz, Executive Director and member of the Office of the CEO, as
Executive Chairman.

Mr. Cogsville is Chief Executive Officer of The Cogsville Group, a New
York-based, private equity real estate investment firm founded in 2007.
Mr. Cogsville began his career as an attorney in the Structured Finance
Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Subsequently, he
joined the Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch as an investment
