ManageEngine,
the IT management division of Zoho Corporation, today announced the
launch of Identity Manager Plus, a secure, cloud-based single sign-on
(SSO) solution. Available immediately, Identity Manager Plus allows
organizations to enable SSO to enterprise applications running on
premises or in the cloud, including Office 365, G Suite, Salesforce,
Slack and Zendesk. It also provides deep insights into various important
metrics, including application usage and user accesses.

According to the 2019
Annual SaaS Trends
report, a medium-sized organization uses more
than 150 applications, and an average employee uses more than eight
applications on a daily basis. Remembering different passwords for many
applications is difficult and often results in employees adopting bad
password habits, such as setting weak passwords or using the same
password for all applications. Also, managing and monitoring access to
many applications can be time-consuming for IT administrators.

“Organizations need to ensure that the right users have access to the
right applications,” said Parthiban Paramasivam, director of product
management, Identity Manager Plus. “Identity Manager Plus helps
organizations manage, monitor and control users’ access to applications,
while simultaneously improving user experience by providing seamless,
one-click access to all applications. Most importantly, Identity Manager
Plus offers all these at a cost-effective price.”

SSO Support for Hundreds of Applications
Identity Manager
Plus supports SAML 2.0 and works with hundreds of applications out of
the box, including Office 365, G Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Workday,
Dropbox, Zoho and Zendesk. For organizations that have in-house
applications that support SAML, Identity Manager Plus provides custom
SAML application integration as well.

Highlights of Identity Manager Plus
Key features of Identity
Manager Plus include:

  • Standardized SAML-based SSO: Provides SSO to any application
    that supports the SAML protocol.
  • Centralized access management: Administrators can manage access
to all enterprise applications by granting or revoking user access in
    bulk.
  • Auditing of application usage and access: Grants deep insights
into application usage, including when an application was accessed by
a user, who enabled SSO for an application, and who granted or revoked
    users’ access to an application.

Pricing and Availability
Identity Manager Plus is available
immediately at https://identitymanager.manageengine.com/signup.
Pricing of Identity Manager Plus is based on the number of users using
the service for SSO, and starts at $1 per user, per year.
