Lucidea, parent company to a full portfolio of market-leading knowledge management and library automation solutions, will soon announce a new release and enhancements to its powerful collaborative KM platform, Inmagic Presto, and a new alerts feature in the latest release of SydneyEnterprise and GeniePlus—library automation for special libraries of all sizes and budgets.

Lucidea’s clients eagerly anticipate their annual product updates, knowing that the company is committed to delivering and preserving value, optimizing client investments in their software, and motivated to innovate.

Lucidea reports there are many additional client-requested enhancements in this most recent release, including an events calendar, archiving options, reverse search, updates to reporting emails, additional theme options, simpler permalinks, enhanced wildcard searching, and more. The latest exciting feature they’ve added to their SydneyEnterprise and GeniePlus ILS software is alerting functionality that accommodates both complex and simple queries, pull and push alerting, and preferences for “keep me current” and “remind me.”

Per Lucidea’s Chief Technology Officer, Neil Corris, “Our forward-thinking clients keep us on our toes in terms of new features and development, and help us continually provide innovative solutions for the special library and knowledge management sectors. As always, we’re delighted to build client requested functionality into our products for the benefit of all our users”.

Clients should stay tuned for further announcements and details on availability; Lucidea’s new releases are anticipated in April, 2020.
