Kaleyra had previously published the unaudited results for December 31, 2019 on March 16, 2020.
The Company also announced that it plans to conduct a conference call in mid-May in conjunction with the release of financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020. The Company will announce the date and participation instructions closer to the date of the call.
