Jeff Carlson Joins Cass as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing

information services, has hired Jeff Carlson as the company’s vice
president, global sales and marketing for its freight audit and payment
division. Cass recently announced record earnings of $30 million in
2018. For its freight payment clients, dollars processed also reached a
record, topping $28 billion.

Carlson joins Cass with more than 20 years’ experience in the freight
payment industry, where he’s served in several strategic management
roles. While at U.S. Bank, he played a significant role in the
development of key aspects of the PowerTrack solution, pricing model,
and marketing and sales processes, while most recently joining the
supply chain finance team to help build out aspects of that service
offering. Carlson also served as a vice president of the technology,
consumer products/retail, and manufacturing industry verticals at
freight payment provider Trax Technologies. At Cass, Carlson will
continue to focus on solutions that support the logistics and related
financial management needs of North American and global shippers.
