IQVIA Holdings Inc. (“IQVIA™”) (NYSE: IQV) has been named to the Forbes 2019 list of America’s Best Employers for Women. Forbes joined with market research firm Statista to identify the companies liked most by female employees based on various workplace criteria that included pay equity, diversity, family support, working conditions, and parental leave.

“We’re honored to be on the Forbes list of Best Employers for Women,” said IQVIA Chairman and CEO Ari Bousbib. “It’s the expertise and creativity of our talented employee base that advances our strategic vision to break new ground within the life sciences industry, drive healthcare innovation and accelerate transformation through disruptive technologies.”

The survey was conducted using several online access panels for companies across all industry sectors, excluding government services, to provide a representative sample of the U.S. workforce. The list was compiled from responses by 60,000 Americans, including 40,000 women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees at their U.S. operations.
