Jason Heller, former partner and global lead of digital marketing operations and technology at McKinsey & Company, and marketing industry veteran, joins Persado today as the company’s new President. Following its landmark deal with JPMorgan Chase and other sector-leading clients in 2019, Heller joins Persado in a year of growth, as more companies look to leverage AI to augment and improve the performance of their enterprise-wide communications, creating more personalized customer experiences at every touchpoint.
Heller will oversee all go-to-market functions globally at Persado from its headquarters in New York and join its board of directors. Over the past 20 years, he’s worked closely with CMOs, CIOs, and CEOs across industries to transform the way companies drive billions of dollars in growth from marketing, sales, and customer experience.

Prior to his role at McKinsey, Heller founded Agiliti, a consultancy focused on digital marketing operations and strategy, which was absorbed into McKinsey in 2014. He also co-founded and led one of the first digital media and relationship marketing agencies, which he later sold in 2005 to Horizon Media. Heller is a frequent speaker at major industry events, including keynoting the Cannes Lions Festival and is often quoted in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune and on CNBC.
