The agreement serves Everence’s Health Services business segment to better guide the member experience. These Healthx solutions offer strategic capabilities that will enable members to be better informed about their coverage and choices, resulting in healthier outcomes. They will also bring administrative efficiencies for providers facilitating care for Everence’s members.
The recently implemented Everence member portal powered by Healthx facilitates engagement and improves customer satisfaction by helping members take a more active role in their health, and ultimately drives cost savings for Everence’s valued members. Healthx has also supplied Everence’s providers with tools to improve population health and deliver better outcomes. To ensure a seamless member experience, Healthx has built a single sign on (SSO) to the member portal from Everence’s existing “My Everence” secure member site. This enables members to access their portal seamlessly through “My Everence”, allowing them to view claims and eligibility, direct message with Everence Customer Service, download an ID card, among a number of additional capabilities.
