The two-day agenda includes 10 sessions dedicated to system and new development education, market intelligence presentations, and the user conference’s first-ever client operations panel – “How to Achieve Operational Excellence,” moderated by Kevin Laguardia, EC Infosystems’ Director of Operational Excellence.
