CyberGRX, provider of the world’s first and largest global cyber risk exchange, today announced that Inc. Magazine recognized the company as a Best Workplace for 2020. Inc. selected CyberGRX as one of 395 finalists for this year’s list, after receiving more than 3,000 submissions. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data and then ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results. All finalists are recognized for creating exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

In addition to being included on Inc.’s best workplaces list, CyberGRX has also been named a best place to work this year by Built in Colorado and, more recently, the Denver Post. The recent recognitions underscore CyberGRX’s ongoing commitment to putting company values into practice and setting employees up for success.

“We strive to build a strong, welcoming company culture at CyberGRX, and we are honored to be recognized by Inc. among other incredible companies with sought after workplaces,” said Ben Marincovich, People Ops Business Partner at CyberGRX. “The entire team plays a part in shaping the positive atmosphere here. We set out to build on this each day by continuously thinking of new ways that we can foster a diverse and supportive environment. The culture here has played an enormous role in helping our team double in size since late 2018.”

CyberGRX’s company culture is reflective of the company’s six core values: 1) focus on the user; 2) act like an owner; 3) act with integrity; 4) actively participate; 5) be open minded; and 6) continuously learn. The company regularly invests in initiatives and adopts policies with the goal of building a stronger culture and creating an environment where feedback is welcomed and addressed. In fact, one thing that is particularly unique about CyberGRX’s culture is the leadership’s philosophy on failure. At CyberGRX, failure is celebrated and brings the team closer together, as each instance offers an opportunity for team members to learn and become stronger.

“Building a great corporate culture comes only from strong leadership,” says Inc. Magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from, especially now, when company culture is more important to the workforce than ever.”

CyberGRX encourages its teams to maintain a healthy work-life balance. CyberGRX offers an open-time-off policy, flexible work-from-home arrangements, and market leading health benefits (including options that cover 100% of the medical insurance premium cost for employees and their families, and coverage for mental health service providers). Further, CyberGRX encourages employees to participate in CyberGRX Gives Week, in which team members across the organization come together to engage in volunteer events and projects during work hours that promote inclusion and give back to people in the Denver community.
