The new features include the ability to create new projects using an existing project’s tags, coding forms, saved searches, user mappings and more as well as a new Quick Batch feature that reduces complexity when creating new assignments and batching documents to reviewers.
With this upgrade, clients also now have the option to load in smartphone and tablet data into Sightline, where chat and messaging mobile application data are threaded and presented in a format that mirrors how the conversation appeared on the native device’s chat and messaging applications – such as SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Skype and many more.
In addition to the new features, improvements have been made application-wide to streamline and speed up the document coding experience, the document redaction experience, the reporting and oversight experience, the user management experience and more.
