The new program enables CLI’s clients to host three-way video calls with non-English-speaking individuals and interpreters, making medical appointments, meetings and transactions more safe and efficient. The new platform is HIPAA compliant, with other features including a refreshed front-end design, an easier-to-navigate interface, which pins to the top of the screen the most frequently used languages, and pre-scheduling functionality.
